Membership questions

When am I charged?
$199 when you join, then $199 on the same date each year until you cancel. Stripe emails a receipt every time.
How do I cancel?
Online, anytime, from Manage membership: enter your email, confirm the code Stripe sends you, and cancel. Your membership stays active through the end of the year you paid for, and you won’t be charged again.
What does “coming soon” mean?
Those benefits are being built now. They’re included in your membership as soon as they launch, at no extra cost.
What is the refund policy?
Membership dues are non-refundable. If you cancel, your membership stays active through the end of the year you've already paid for.
