Build a credible Southern California real estate investing community grounded in education, transparent sponsor relationships, and member-led deal flow.

How chapters work

Real Estate Investors Associations (REIAs) are local education networks for active and aspiring investors. National REIA — the umbrella body — accredits 120+ chapters across the country. SCREIA operates as an independent, for-profit education company: we run our own meetings, set our own agenda, and are responsible for the integrity of our education and sponsor relationships.

SCREIA focuses exclusively on Southern California — Orange County, Los Angeles County, the Inland Empire (Riverside / San Bernardino), and San Diego County.

Affiliation status

SCREIA is currently an independent Southern California chapter. National REIA accredits chapters that demonstrate stable membership and a named board — we have a named founding board (below) and are building the membership base required before applying. Our affiliation status will be published here when it changes.

Where we meet

SCREIA serves investors across Southern California. In person, we run two recurring events about 30–45 minutes apart — a monthly chapter meeting and a happy hour at a second venue nearby. See the events page for details.
